How to display altitude data while the longitude and latitude values make a polyline?

Hello, I am new to ArcGIS and I am working on a WPF application to do some display functions using SceneView control.

I need to achieve some effect (see the rainbow like thing in red rectangle) like bellow :

It's a kind of underway atmospheric data collected by a sensor deployed on a vehicle; the sensor has fixed vertical and horizontal angle, so that the time series data is like a ribbon against 3D map. The longitude and latitude make a polyline; in each point from the polyline, the altitude data is an array (different color for different value weight).

I am using ArcGIS runtime for .Net, and I have spent a couple of days searching for a solution in vain. Could anyone show me some clue on how to solve this?
