I want to update ENC Cells 5-57 SENC while I open data in MapView with parodic update of ENC Cells .
When i load ENC Cells ,it's Failed because this Error
has errors in loading Error is Unknown error: boost::filesystem::remove: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process:
also this same error appear if I remove the loaded cell layer for map OperationalLayers because the layer still in memory , please support me who to remove or release ENC Cell from memory of update it on runtime ?
