C# NMEA to Map image with Route displayed

Hello,

Can someone please let me know and provide a sample in C#

1. Read and NMEA data file

2. Send the data to Arcgis

3. Receive the image that displays the route of the vehicle.

4. Provides Upper/Left Lower/Right lat/lon   for a reference of the image

There must be a simple solution using the API calls.
