How can I manage topology through the ModelBuilder

Any tool in arctoolbox can be used if you have the appropriate license and the tool is exposed, see the start of the tree.

Add Feature Class To Topology—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop

Anything else will need to be coded

I found Model Builder: adding multiple rules to a topology​, and Topology Using Model Builder​ very helpful to me.

yes you can validate after adding the feature class to topology, thats why I said start at the top of the tree.  But at least you know you can use the tools specified in a model
