Issues displaying Model Builder results on map

Hello all, I am having a problem displaying the results of my model on the map.The model is attached; its purpose is to iterate through a set of rasters and extract all the values above a threshold. I have Add to display checked and I am running it through model builder, not as a tool. The model runs, and adds to the map a file geodatabase raster that has my specified values, but nothing appears on the map. My projection is correct. Is my model somehow not actually returning a raster feature class, or is something else wrong? Troubleshooting told me to add a Collect Values step but it broke the model. Thanks for advice.
