Use data driven pages "angle" to use South as its' focus instead of north

I'm attempting to make a drawing set with a strip map with data driven pages and I'm having trouble getting the layout how I want it. I want the orientation to stay horizontal following the path, so I'm using the "angle" rotation in the optional fields. However, this attempts to keep the orientation to be north as much as possible, which means my pages increase going right-to-left as I flip through them. I need them to increase going left-to-right, which would basically mean I want the angle to attempt to keep the map having South be "up." I don't see a way to do this. I can't swap starting points unfortunately. Does anyone know of a way to flip the orientation while still keeping each page horizontal like the angle rotation does?

I'm using ArcMap 10.6, I can't use any newer version.
