I am honestly at my wits end! I have tried so many different fixes that I have read about...but my toolbars will not stay where I put them! No matter what I do, when I open Arcmap, they are all over the place. I am using ArcGIS 10.2.1. Is this still a bug that has not been fixed, or is my machine truly haunted?
any help would be great!
