I am displaying the the main data frame at a rotation of 333.7 degrees (not my choice), and I have an inset data frame of the same map area that displays different information. The weird problem is that when I rotate the inset data frame to the same 333.7 degrees, it does NOT rotate to the same angle as the main data frame, rather, I have to rotate it to 229.6 degrees to match.
This is completely inexplicable to me... any idea why this would be happening???
