Rotate and change scale (Data Driven Pages)

I�??m creating a county land atlas book and I need to rotate and change the scale of two map pages for my 13 page map book.  I�??m using data driven pages and it is working for all but two pages.  Is it possible to do this without messing up the scale and rotation of my other map pages?  I�??m not a python programmer.

You can use "Rotation" option for rotating the pages and "Data Driven Scale" option to change the extent of the page. These options are available in "Setup Data Driven Pages" dialog box and work with the values stored in the attribute table.
