I am trying to create a simple line with EMF picture symbol on it and I need the symbol to be at the beginning of the line with offset along the line. So I tried to do it with simple line decoration. I set the symbol to be at the beginning and when I set the symbol X offset, the symbol does not just move along the line but also in vertical direction.
When I do that with chracter marker symbol and use random ESRI symbol I have no problem.
How can I fix that?
