Converting Feature data from geomedia to ESRI

I have some feature data in Geomedia that contains lines, points and polygons, but when I use the Export to Shapefile/File Geodatabase only the polygon vector data shows up. The lines and points show up in the attribute table but they aren't visible on the map. Any work arounds to get all the data to show?

Perhaps the points and polylines don't have a defined coordinate system.  If so they won't overlay properly on a map with existing data or a map with a basemap.  Right-click on the layer in the map table of contents, and select zoom to layer.  If the features appear, then you need to define the coordinate system using the Define Projection tool in arctoolbox
