Dynamic attribute table???

I am creating a dynamic attribute table for data driven page, the problem is how do I set up the filter to not show null columns?

I am using the create graphic element from production mapping extension. 

This is the table I have 

I want it not show the columns if there is no value. I tried a filter on the fields although it takes all the fields not one particular. 

Ideally it should only have this

Could you be more specific?  You used the term data driven pages so I will go on the assumption you are referring to ArcMap and not Pro.

Where are you trying no to show the column's. In a manner as shown in your example.  I do not believe that is possible in ArcMap. You could script it out in a pop up in Pro
