Emulating CAD-Symbology

Hi there folks,

I'm not sure, if the Map Advice Community is the right group, otherwise I'll delete it and repost it somewhere else.

I am pretty new to ArcGIS Pro, basically I installed it to solve exactly this problem of mine.

By now I am a bit desperate: I have to emulate an Auto-CAD-symbology in ArcGIS (pic pink line).

I got pretty close with creating a SVG (pic black dots) and using it with the shape-marker symbology but it still does not look the same. I wonder wether there might be a better alternative anybody can think of?
