Organisation Wide Bookmarks

It would be really useful to create organisation wide bookmarks which are then inherited by each map within the Local Maps gallery.  This will save us having to re-create the bookmarks every time we make a new map and also gets around the fact that our users can't keep their self generated bookmarks due to it being stored against the browser rather than the user (this is wiped every time they leave the browser).

Hey Taupo District Council -  Cool idea, we will pop this into the Backlog for the future versions of LM! Thanks for the feedback, we might come back to you with some further UX questions around this closer to the time we can look at it. If you know others agree with this idea, then remember to get them to vote on it here - helps us prioritize the ideas when it comes to crunch time!
