Presence prediction maxENT

Hi, I am trying to use the MaxENT feature in ArcPro and I have inputted the training raster data however it is saying that the image services are not supported. I am not sure what this means or how to fix it, does anyone know why it might be saying this?

One or more of your inputs are image services (online data). If the image service allows, you could make a local extract using Export Raster - but not all allow this and extracts are limited to 4000 x 4000 cells/pixels.
