How to use ESRI World Imagery Map Services to train data for object detection using deep learning?

Hi,

I am working on object detection using deep learning in ArcGIS Pro with HR Imageries; Pleiades 0.5m. Noting that some of area does not have coverage from this images, we would like to use ESRI World Imagery map Services to export image chip for our training data preparation. Is this possible? How to do this? Any guideline/reference from ESRI to do so?

I was trying to find out the same. On the page "https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-pro/imagery/deep-learning-with-arcgis-pro-tips-tric..." was the following observation from ESRI

"Hi Alison –

Inferencing on the world imagery basemap has been disabled. Currently, programmatic requests made against the world imagery basemap is violating the terms of use of the basemap. Hope this helps, and I’m glad you are trying out the workflows

Doesn't seem to be possible.
