Maybe this is a dumb question, but I'm new to accessing data, especially in regards to satellite imagery. What's the best way to download and/or access SWIR satellite images? Links to resources or other questions like this would be very helpful!

Both Landsat8 and Sentinel2 include SWIR bands. If you want to see and compare with other bands anywhere on the globe use Earth Observation Explorer
This also includes tools such as Spectral Scatter Plots
The Landsat and Sentinel Service are available in the The Living Atlas and be using in a range of Web Applications or ArcGIS Pro. see https://livingatlas.arcgis.com/en/browse/#d=2&q=swir&categories=Imagery%3A1111

Is there a way to access this in standard ArcMap, or to apply models or machine learning algorithms to it?
