OSM 3D trees scene layers are sometimes displayed and sometimes not displayed on computer/laptop, but it always displayed on mobile. Does anyone know the reason?

Esri UK addressed an issue yesterday regarding England 3D trees dissapearing. They resolved it by updating the Chrome browser. Today, I encountered a similar problem with Microsoft Edge, which was also resolved by updating the browser.
