hi there..

i want to ask question again..

i used arcgis world imagery data for my basemap..

i want to create boundaries for my workspace..

so after i googled, i found the way to do it with view>data frame properties > data frame > clip option > select the polygon..

but when i try to extend the view it extend to all data that i import.

what i want to create is to make my area of interest to be my workspace..

ex. if i have a dem raster and i clipped it to my area of interest and after clip when i delete my DEM raster, the raster of my area of interest still there.. (video reference : clip DEM by polygon in ArcGIS - YouTube )..

is it possible to do like that in world imagery data??

or anyone have an another way to do it?

thanks all.. i would like to hear the advice and suggestion..

thank you

You can't clip the world imagery basemap if that is what you are asking.  If you just want to limit the view to your area there are ways to do that.. the simplest is to set a bookmark
