UPDATE: solution was to run Check Geometry and Repair geometry. Both files had issues that were successfully repaired; the Tabulate Intersection then ran fine.

I'm trying to calculate areas of intersections for ~15,000 parks (input class) and ~3200 neighborhoods (input zone). When I do the process runs for 4 minutes or so and returns "000117 - Warning empty output generated."
I tried many things - identical projections, putting them within a geodatabase, identifying a class field, etc.
When I try the same thing on a segment - a couple of hundred versus thousands, it runs fine. Are there limitations to the number of records for this operation?
