Table join with census data

Hello All,

I joined a census tract polygon layer (200 objects) to a table with matching census tract id's (200 objects).  The join worked fine, but 7 of the census tracts populated with all null values.  The other 193 were fine.  Any ideas as to why only 7 would be affected and how to fix this?

If the join fields were type string, there might have been an errant space at the end of one of the values.
