You had it posted in "Community Feedback" which is the place to get feedback on how the Community runs, technical issues with and the like.
You have a specific question relating to Geoprocessing (since there is no Groundwater community), ergo, it was moved there.
If you explore the All Communities tab at the top of your screen and find a more suitable location, then you can move it there.
If you are new to the Community, perhaps the Community Basics links can be of some assistance in navigating the platform
