According to some blogs I have read the snap tool is located in the editing tools tool box located under arc tools. How ever my editing tools tool box does not have the next to it and therefore I am unable to use this feature. Is there a specific extinction than needs to be turned on to get this tool box working, or is there another way to access this tool?
