Simple Data loader

Hi, 

Could anyone suggest how to save filed mapping when we are using simple data loader, Target vs Source field as every time if data is not loaded due to some errors again we need to map, is there any way to save or any geoprocessing wizard is there to handle mapping of attributes withe respective Target and Source filelds.

I used the simple data loader extensively and often wondered the same thing. It's no longer available in ArcGIS Pro which is all I use now.  You might consider using the append tool and saving the execution to a python script.
