I've created a tool with python and I'm trying to run it in ArcMap. the tool works fine in ArcMap (or ArcCatalog) directly on the desktop but our user base accesses ArcMap using Citrix. When I try to run it from Citrix, It has 3 parameters, a multivalue control that of type folder, an output location of type folder and an output file name that is just a string. When I populate the controls and click run I get a Windows popup window that says
Windows cannot open this file:
File: toolbox.tbx
To open this file, Windows needs to know what program created it. Windows can go online to look it up automatically, or you can manually select from a list of programs on your computer.
What do you want to do?

I am publishing ArcMap as a standalone application to the users.
I am on ArcGIS 9.3 SP1
Any help would be appreciated.
