i want know the how to calculate the distance between two or more points in the arc GIS.

If you have an ArcInfo license you can use the Near function in the analysis tools.  If you use the same point file for the input and as the near features it will calculate the distance to the nearest point for each point in the data set and provides the near_FID. The link below provides an explanation of the tool.  Hope this helps.

If you need to find more than one point within the search distance, try Generate Near Table tool and specify the "Maximum number of closest matches":
