ModelBuilder Crashing ArcMap

I'm trying to create a new model within ArcMap, I cannot without having ArcMap crash. I also cannot edit old models, but I can run them with no problem. Also, I can share my models with my co-workers and they work as intended. The error message doesn't really help. Please Help

Using ArcMap 10.3 Advanced.
