Model Intermediate path

I made a model for Soil erosion in this model for intermediate file path is in my local
C:\Users\abhishek.misra\Documents\ArcGIS\Default.gdb
But when we use this model in other system this model will not work because of Intermediate file path
so please tell me how to manage this problem
