Is there a tool which will take a polygon, tax parcel to be specific and measure the dimensions of each line segment?  I frequently need to calculate parcel measurements for customers.  I believe I would have a far more accurate measurement using a tool than trying to measure with the MEASURE tool.  Also, would be great to have the line segments label.  ie.  1040 ft, 2610 ft etc.
Thanks.

1.Convert the paecel polygon layer to the polyline layer;
2.Merge the polyines to the single feature with mutiparts, then convert the single feature with mutiparts to the single feature with single part -- in order to remove the original one parcel line with two (or more) parts.
3.Lable the output parcel line layer in the ArcMap.
