I have a table that I'm trying to join to a shapefile. I've checked the joining field in both tables and they match (the type) but it won't let me join the two. I've done this before with other shapefiles and tables, and it worked then. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong this time. Help please!
what is the error message? If text data, are both in the same case? text is left justified and numbers are right-justified, if a number is left justified, it is text .... some of the common issues.
