How to Insert LIDAR Elevation in point shape file attribute

Hi all!

I have a shape file (Points)
With 10 fields

I want to populate the field LIDAR with the LIDAR elevation i have at on each points.

I try yo populate it with calculate geometry but i don't this choice.

Is it possible to make this ?

The Extract Values to Points tool seems to work better than the Sample tool these days: http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.1/index.html#/Extract_Values_to_Points/009z0000002t00000...

Note that both tools require a Spatial Analyst license.
