I have been creating a dialog for my ArcMap tool and I use the ToolValidator class to populate lists etc. It works fine but when I try to distribute my tool to my colleagues I can not include my customized ToolValidator. When they open the dialog, they access only the default unmodified class.
Apparently, my changes are stored in a file in a temp directory in my user folder.
Is there any way to change this path (ideally, I would like to place it together with the original script for the tool) or any other way to include my version of the class when I share my tool?
