How to batch import and export a bunch of rasters to .jpg format

Hi, I have a folder containing a bunch of raster files (rainfall data), I would like to export them to the .jpg format with the world base map respectively, without importing all of them into Arcgis Pro. If it is possible, how should I define the same color bank for all the images before exporting the maps. Many thanks.
