Extract Data giving me empty output

Hi all,

I am trying to reproduce this model because I want users to be able to extract data easily but I am having issue with extract data being empty (Not append, the append seems to work). My goal is to give the ability to users to export graphics as needed via JS API 3.18 web app.

Any idea why the extract data would return an empty output.
