Hi All,

So we have a parcels layer from 2011 that was used to make a plat book. I have a current parcels layer and want to detect the change so when making a new plat book I can just pan to the parcels that will need revising.  This would include 1) change in geometry like if there was a split, combination, or boundary line agreement.  And 2) if the shape is identical to the old one, but the property has sold and a new name alone is in the attributes table.  Does anyone have any ideas on the best way to do this?  I first thought about Topology, then thought maybe using select by location?

Thanks,

Cam
