create polygons from shape-based classification of points

I am using arcgis 10.2.2

I'm looking for a tool to help me create pologonos shape from the point classified by category

I want to automate this procedure

As your question is posed, there is no way to replicate exactly what you have shown.  The closest solution would be via "concave hulls" of which there are no built in tools  (see this link for examples)  Some have suggested Aggregate Points but there is no pictoral example and it requires an Advanced license of ArcGIS.  You could check on the Gallery site to see if some exist... here is one example ...
