Clip raster tool shifts raster data

Hello,
When I try to use the clip raster tool in ArcGIS Pro v 2.4.3, it keeps distorting this raster. See image below. The horizontal lines through this data appear after clipping one edge with a simple rectangle. I have tried multiple times with different snapping settings and with slightly different alterations to the angles of the clipping rectangle. I successfully clipped one previous raster using the exact same procedure that is now failing. I took the raster and clip polygon into ArcMap, and it worked properly the first time. This is the second time in the last month that I have noticed issues with tools in ArcGIS Pro, that work in ArcMap.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
