Disclaimer: total newbie here, apologies for the incorrect technical terms etc.
I have a layer in ArcMap 10.2 which is made of adjacent polygons (Voronoi tesselation of a country). These polygons are too small, making the map too granular. I would like to build groups of 4 adjacent polygons to merge/union together. In the end, I want to have my country covered by 4 times fewer polygons of 4 times the size.
I don't want to do it manually since I have hundreds of polygons. Is there a way to do that automatically?
