I have a daily input of NetCDF file which contains hourly data over next 8 days.
It has a "time" dimension with values e.g. "3/01/2018 5:00:00 PM", "3/01/2018 6:00:00 PM", "3/01/2018 7:00:00 PM", ... ..., "10/01/2018 12:00:00 PM".
What I would like to do is to make it a time-enabled layer so that it can be viewed on a web map by public users, e,g, ArcGIS Online Web Map or ESRI JavaScript map viewer. Viewers will be able to view the change in values on the map over time by scrolling a time slider. This also needs to be automated so that it will run every morning when a new NetCDF file becomes available.
As ArcGIS Online does not support hosting a time-enabled raster layer, I think it will have to be in hosted a feature layer. What is a best practise to achieve this?
