These days try sharing scripts found that some times the "share as" sub menu is disabled. The script running successfully. Creating another toolbox and copy the scripts to the new created toolbox and then it is enabled.
Then re-check the previous script the share tool is enabled too. So I'm not clear under what conditions it is enabled or not. Checked the notice below and it is not included in these.
