I'm trying to append one table to another in model builder when I do, with Shema Type NO_TEST everything comes out "Null". When I try appending with TEST selected it gives me an error message saying "table 1 does not match the schema of target table Failed to Execute". Attached is an image showing what the field map looks like. I cannot figure out what doesn't match. Everything I've checked is identical as far as data types. Are there any other items I need to check to get this working? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
