Alias in Feature Class conversion

We are on ArcGIS 10 SP 5. When I run the Feature Class to Feature Class geoprocessing tool (file gdb - file gdb), and change the field name in the output, the ALIAS does not match the new field name. It keeps the old feature class ALIAS.
Anybody know how to get around this? We have weekly update process replacing some files in SDE and I really dont want to manually change aliases every week.

In the field map control of the tool, right-click a field name > Properties and change the field name and its alias in that dialog.
