Hello all. I'm working with Arc 9.3.1 on a personal SDE gdb.
I am working on a project where I add georeferenced Images into ArcMap and digitize utility features. The issue is on large areas of study, basin polygons, this can mean adding 100+ images which is done by selecting the File Name and copy/paste searching in the host folder then manually dragging it into Arc.
The Images are stored in a general folder and the PATH and FILE_NAME attributes within ArcMap. Is there anyway that once I run my select by location, I can select all of these files, via FILE_NAME, and search, select, and add to ArcMap from the host folder in a batch-like manner? Manually adding 100 images is such a waste of time!
BTW, I have minimal script experience.
