64-bit Background Geoprocessing Download?

Hi,

Searching for the 64-bit background geoprocessing install for 10.6? I know Pro is 64-bit but we have users that also want it for ArcMap etc. I cannot locate it under MyEsri > downloads. Suggestions?

Navigate to the downloads on my.esri and look for ArcGIS Desktop. It will only be listed if you are licensed for this product. Set the dropdown to 10.6 version and click View Downloads. 

Once loaded, scroll down and should be in this section.

Is the “ArcGIS Desktop Background Geoprocessing (64-bit)” available for Pro?

Arc GIS Pro is a 64-bit application, and a separate process for background geoprocessing is not needed.  Please see Technical Article: 000012074.
