I have an ArcGIS 10.3 nonversioned enterprise geodatabase (on MSSQL) with a few featufeclasses. I would like to know what are the available mechanisms to restrict feature deletion if one specific attribute of the feature has a value greater than 0. I want to restrict the deletion from ArcMap. The attribute itself may be editable. I want to make it as a warning and if the user is determined to delete the feature, he would have to first set the field value to 0 and afterwards delete the feature.
