ArcSDE Personal for SDE 10.5 Still Exist?

Does ArcSDE Personal edition still exist in 10.5?  Is there still an install?- it's for single user in SQL Server Express.

Yes, it is still available. Look in My Esri under Downloads for ArcGIS Desktop 10.5.1, find the following download: Database Server (Desktop)

That should be what you want.
