Telvent Electric Data Model in XML format?

I've been unsucessful in trying to implement the Telvent Electric Utility data model.  I have ArcGIS 10.0 and Visio 2007.  I have read some threads on Visio 2007 and have added the ESRIexporttoXML file but I still get errors in attempting to convert the model to an xml format.  Does anyone have this model in xml format that they could just email me at crmu@crmu.net?  Thanks.

Here is the Electric Distribution xml. You will need to use the schema wizard found under Case Tools in Catalog
