Hi @ONESMO_FINIAS_ONESMO, you'll see I responded to your post about this in the Esri Young Professionals Network area and you should now be all set. What's happening is that the Subscribe feature is only available to members who have verified their email address. This is a step that usually takes place directly following the creation of their account (it is prompted in a Welcome email), but sometimes people unintentionally miss this step.
