Current Version: ArcGIS Pro Associate 2025

The 2024 exam version is an associate level exam. It is intended for candidates with at least 2-4 years of applied experience using ArcGIS Pro. The exam tests the test candidates’ skills using ArcGIS Pro to manage, analyze, and manipulate geospatial data.

Key Differences:

  • Number of Questions: # of questions changes due to # of sections, overall exam items/topics, and complexity of exam content among other factors.
    • ArcGIS Pro 2025 exam has 75 questions
    • ArcGIS Pro 2101 exam has 65 questions.
  • Exam Duration: Exam duration is established and monitored to ensure it aligns with total number of exam topics, average test completion time of exam from one version to the next, and to account for any changes in the number of questions, number of sections, or total number of topics.
    • ArcGIS Pro Associate 2025 exam is 1 hour 30 minutes
    • ArcGIS Pro Associate 2101 exam is 1 hour 45 minutes.
  • Exam Blueprint: The exam blueprint is the information outlined in the Exam Information Guide (EIG). This is created as a result of exam development efforts in collaboration with ArcGIS users like yourself. Learn more about exam development below.
