I'll be using this text (Map Use: Reading, Analysis, Interpretation., Educator Resources by Kimerling et al) to teach in the next term. Are there any educator's resources available for this? I have looked in the VitalSource but there's no link for any resources. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
